John Harrison is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a Masters in Engineering Management. He has over 20 years experience working for consultants, contractors and client organisations as a Project Manager and Engineering Manager. His experience includes projects in the rail, petrochemical and water industries. Much of his recent work has been on the Tubelines and Metronet programmes of railway station modernisation and refurbishment including step free access and most recently on the crossrail project.

Director - Martin Marshall BSc CEng MIMechE
Martin Marshall is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and a Senior Manager with over twenty years project and engineering management experience both in the UK and overseas. He has led and inspired a number of multi-disciplined teams to deliver many different projects in a variety of industries. During the past decade he has managed a portfolio of works in all asset areas with London Underground under the PPP process, InfraCo JNP and the private developer, Westfield. Most recently Martin has been providing engieering and assurance services to London Underground on the Neasden depot project as part of the SSL Upgrade.

Director - Martin Gundry BSc MRICS
Martin Gundry has over 15 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor specialising in Commercial and Procurement Management. He has expertise in both traditional contracts and NEC Option A-F contracts within the Civil Engineering and Rail environments and has played a significant role in prestigious and challenging Channel Tunnel Rail Link and the redevelopment of the White City Complex. Most recently Martin has been working on the East London Line with Carillion and is currently working with Volker Rail providing commercial management services.

Associate - Neville Leary
Neville Leary is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering & Technology. He
has 30 years experience within the construction sector including major projects
including The Channel Tunnel, The Jubilee Line Extension Project, Metronet
Station Modernisation Programme, Connect Power Upgrade, Central Line
Traction Upgrade, East London Line Project Phase 1 and Crossrail Project (HV Bulk Power).
Neville is a qualified as an Incorporated Engineer, and has spent the past 16
years undertaking the project management of design & construction
projects.

Associate - Mervyn Franklin BA Dip Arch FRIBA
Mervyn Franklin is a chartered architect and has over 25 years in the managing architectural teams with 15 years experience in the rail sector.
Prior to joining integra Mervyn was rail director for Capita Architecture and its predecessor Ruddle Wilkinson.
He has worked on many rail projects including Kings Cross station , Network Rails station regeneration and modernisation, Metronet and Tubelines station modernization schemes, London Underground’s step free access programme.
Mervyn brings the following key attributes to the work of the architecture sector:
